Guns, crime & policing 1 quote

Posted it themselves Aug 4

“Please pray for those whose loved ones were killed and for all those who were injured by a shooter at a newly opened In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, on Saturday. I thank God for the heroic actions of a bystander and an off-duty state trooper who stepped in and returned fire, distracting the gunman and preventing many more people from being killed. In-N-Out Owner @Lynsi_Snyder said, “My heart is broken, my chest is heavy ... We lost one of our beautiful Associates tonight ... In-N-Out will be mourning with the families and praying for them as they tread through a very painful season.” She urged people to “turn to God, not in anger, but seeking comfort and strength for those who are hurting.””

“This is what it looks like in the Appleton, Wisconsin, area after an EF-3 tornado hit on Monday. It’s almost like a bomb went off. Samaritan's Purse is responding in Jesus’ Name, and we have teams of volunteers deploying to help families clean up and begin to recover. This is also where @Greta Van Susteren grew up—and tomorrow she is going back to her hometown to cover what many people are going through after this storm. Greta will be talking to tornado survivors and our volunteers and seeing how we are coming alongside these families who have lost everything. We have hundreds of volunteers who have signed up to help from 23 states—but we need an army! Greta will even be putting on an orange shirt to work with these great volunteers. She will report live from Appleton Friday on her program The Record at 4 p.m. ET on @NEWSMAX . I hope you’ll watch—and join us in praying for these hurting communities.”

“A powerful EF3 tornado tore through Appleton, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas yesterday—reports say it was on the ground for at least 20 minutes and was nearly a mile across at its widest. We thank God that there have been no reported deaths from the storm, but it damaged many homes and businesses in the community and left thousands without power. Our @SamaritansPurse teams are en route now to help in Jesus’ Name, and we have deployed @BGEA Rapid Response Team chaplains as well. Pray for these hurting families.”

“I am grateful for our @BGEA Rapid Response Team chaplains who have deployed to Pueblo, Colorado, where 241 homes have been lost to wildfire. It is difficult for these families to face the loss of their homes and neighborhoods. It’s so important for these chaplains to come”

Gender & LGBTQ 1 quote

Posted it themselves Jul 28

“You can’t ask for a better example of moral depravity than this. Minnesota has developed “MyGender Dolls” with interchangeable parts, including removable genitalia, to be used to encourage children ages 4-10 to explore their “gender identities.” Really? This is so sick and warped. “Therapeutic play?” Yeah right. This is the wicked agenda of woke Democrat socialists, targeting your children.”

Religion & faith 11 quotes

Posted it themselves Aug 4

“Have you ever thought about death and what happens after? Many people think it’s a step into the abyss or into some kind of darkness. But for those who have come to the Cross of Jesus Christ and experienced His forgiveness, we go immediately into the presence of Almighty God for eternity. If you’re not sure that your sins are forgiven, pray with me now…”

“My grandfather, Dr. L. Nelson Bell, was born #OnThisDay in 1894. He served as a medical missionary in China for 25 years. He once said, “Satan’s greatest victory began when he implanted doubt in the minds of Adam and Eve as to the truthfulness of God’s Word … We can and must pray for a Heaven-sent revival of faith in God and in His Word. Although many will deny it, they go together.” This is so true!”

“It was a privilege to read a passage from Revelation 21 today at Senator Lindsey Graham’s memorial service in Washington, D.C. Many people don’t want to talk about death, because death means the end, a step into darkness. But for those who have been to the foot of the Cross in repentance, believing on the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, it’s not the end—it’s the beginning of a brand new life…”
